About the Training

This training is designed to help you become a more persuasive communicator in any setting. More than ever before, organizations understand how communications can either cripple or catapult their leaders and teams. In any business role or function, you must be able to convey your ideas in ways that drive effective decision making, teamwork, and action. Cherrie will explore key spoken and nonverbal communication strategies and techniques that influence and guide outcomes across a multi-generational organization.

Through spoken presentations and small group activities, participants will put these techniques into practice, test out new approaches, and learn to become a more confident communicator with poise, clarity, conviction and a solid understanding of why and how to shift between communication styles. Participants leave the program with the skills needed to engage, inform, and inspire others.

Format

Communication training can be delivered as a half-day seminar or full-day course.
