About the Training
An organization is only as good as its culture, and building a culture belongs to all leaders. As your company grows and shifts, your culture needs to evolve with it. This training prepares leaders to apply powerful insights that can be used to create a positive work culture. Cherrie will leverage case studies and best practices to uncover recurring, institutional and psychological processes that impact the ways people interact.
Leaders will develop techniques to define and calibrate desired culture characteristics that will reinforce integrity, commitment and accountability goals.
Culture training can be delivered as a half-day seminar or full-day course.
